Reflections on Labour Day & Why We Do What We Do

Labour Day got me thinking about how many hours entrepreneurs actually work. A third of Business Sisters report working more than 40 hours a week, often on top of caregiving, household responsibilities and the mental load. Building more sustainable business models and business practices is what our Annual Conference is all about. With practical workshops on systems, marketing, AI and Human Intelligence, and more, we focus on one BIG idea: running a better business doesn’t have to mean doing MORE.
